More than 80 archers from across the state participated in the Hawaii Island Archery Club’s Hawaii State 3-D archery shoot in June at Kapapala Ranch.
More than 80 archers from across the state participated in the Hawaii Island Archery Club’s Hawaii State 3-D archery shoot in June at Kapapala Ranch.
The club treated competitors to a hearty lunch, and medals, patches and door prizes were awarded to the top shots.
The club thanks Kapapala Ranch for its ongoing support and the many sponsors who contributed door prizes: JSO Enterprises, J&R Archery, J Hara Store, R&R Machining, the Arrow Factory, S. Tokunaga Store, Among Archery, Sakata Archery Supplies and Securitas Security Services.
The next HIAC-sponsored tournament is scheduled for Oct. 24-25 at the 20-yard indoor range at Waiakea Recreation Center.
This will be a National Field Archery Association-sanctioned event.
